How They Met:
“It’s weird that Cory and I never met before we did because we share the same group of friends, but timing is everything. We met at a mutual friend’s house. I thought he was so cute, but I didn’t think he would be interested in me. We ended up talking the whole night, creating a secret crush on one another. We didn’t exchange phone numbers, but would try to see each other by hanging out with our friends, in hope that the other would be there. One night after hanging out, Cory texted me and we never stopped talking since then.”
“There is nothing not to love about Cory. He is logical and understanding. He is caring and always puts others before himself. He is supportive and uplifting with everything and has been my rock for over five years. He makes me laugh and I love that we can be our silly selves together.”
The Proposal:
“Cory proposed to me on his birthday. We were having a back yard BBQ with some friends and family. The sun was setting and he wanted to get a photo of us. When every one started taking our picture, I knew something was going on. Then I realized Cory was in front of me on one knee.”
Engagement Session Inspiration:
“I am a flower child, and Longwood Gardens is one of my favorite places to explore. I knew wherever we had our photos taken, we were going to be around flowers.”
Wedding Planning Experience:
“I started planning a little after we got engaged. I am doing all of the planning on my own, but I am enjoying it. There is a lot more that goes into a wedding than I could have ever imagined, but it’s fun and I enjoy working with local businesses.”
Engagement Session Experience:
“Working with Magi is amazing. She is incredibly helpful, sweet, and deals with all of my emails. Especially for our engagement photo shoot because I was so nervous, but she made me feel comfortable, beautiful, and I didn’t care if people were watching (usually I would run away). I couldn’t ask for more from Magi.”
