How They Met:
“Mike and I have had mutual friends as far back as I can remember. Oddly enough, we never actually crossed paths until after I came home from college. It was on the eve of my 23rd Birthday that we first met at Oscar’s Tavern on Sansom Street. It has been my favorite Birthday gift to date.”
“He has the ability to make me smile in the worst of times. He is kind, smart, and understanding; he is the definition of a gentleman. As cliche as it sounds, Mike is hands down my Best Friend.”
The Proposal:
“Mike proposed last fall in the comfort of our own home. It was low key, personal, and very much us. It was such a busy and exciting time since we also just made settlement on our first home.”
Engagement Session Inspiration:
“We were both born and raised in Philadelphia. So in true Philly fashion, we have a lot of pride for our city. We love the architecture and history of Center City. I’ve always thought the Society Hill area was gorgeous, and there was never a question of if I would to take my photos there, but when.”
Wedding Planning Experience:
I’m about halfway finished with the planning as we have just under a year to go. Planning has been exciting! Luckily, I am very organized and have my planner on me at all times! The hardest part was choosing the right vendors. Now that most are booked, I feel confidence that they will make my Wedding day a dream come true.
