Monique Cara Photography and TwoShea Studios beautifully captured love’s elegance in the gardens of Morris Arboretum at the University of Pennsylvania. The wonderful floral pieces by Cynthia’s Flowers, matched with the heavenly macaroons and magnificent wedding cake by La Linea Deserts bringing out the unique color tones of jasmine purple, rose, and juniper green. The lovely bride dons a charming gown from Ashe B. & Co. with graceful hair and make-up done by TwoShea Artistry. Adding even more elegance to this gorgeous bride is the glittering jewelry styled by Harry Merril & Son. Of course, you can’t overlook the stunning details: rose gold laser cut Mr. and Mrs. signs by EverLaser, the refined stationery by Shindig Bespoke, opulent calligraphy on menus and escort cards by Tallulah Ketubahs and marvelous linens from Candy Crush Events.
Nestled on the campus of the University of Pennsylvania is the bountiful Morris Arboretum. This beautiful garden is home to thousands of varieties of plants and a collection of Philadelphia’s oldest, rarest, and largest trees making it the perfect backdrop for two lovebirds’ life beginning together. Boasting a tented outdoor reception area near the 100 year old carriage house with the ability to serve 165 people for your wedding bash, Morris Arboretum does not disappoint. There is no shortage of amazing natural backdrops from the Out on a Limb Tree Canopy, the Rose Garden, numerous fountains, great trees and sculptures.
The bride’s lace wedding dress from Ashe B. Bridal Co. was exquisite and alluring with a long train and beautifully embellished belt brought together with the brilliant bouquet from Cynthia’s Flowers. Her look was sealed with the fabulous hair styling and make-up by TwoShea Artistry. A touch of charm was added by Harry Merril and Son Jewelers with a grand combination of a yellow diamond ring, dangling pearl earrings and modern estate necklace.
The color palette was unique bringing in elegant rose gold notes atop a variety of purples and natural green tones of beautiful gardens. EverLaser’s perfectly cut rose gold Mr. and Mrs. signs make the chairs pop! The brilliant collaboration between Tallulah Ketubahs and Shindig Bespoke brought the perfect mix of modern elegance to the table, quite literally. The calligraphy on the table numbers, menus and place cards in rose gold from Tallulah Ketubahs gave a pop of shine to the set up; as well as, the addressing of the envelopes. The modern stationery done by Shindig Bespoke brought a fresh style to the shoot.
The delicately rose painted basil macaroons and two-tiered wedding cake perfected with hand crafted, intricate florals was created by La Linea Deserts. Candy Crush Events’ pulled the table together with fancy velvet and sequin linens.
