At La Petite Fleur, we know that couples are hot on personalizing their weddings in truly clever fashions, starting with their stationery. So we took the cue to create a line that exemplifies a ‘pretty-practical’ approach– have a couple’s wedding city, particularly if it’s a destination, make its mark on their save-the-date!
This is why Fleurish, ink. recently introduced a line of Philadelphia-themed save the dates for couples hosting a wedding in the “City of Brotherly Love.” Between the romantic references and coordinating iconic imagery (LOVE Park, the Skyline, Philly Pretzel and the Liberty Bell) Philly inherently lends itself to wedding stationery. Of course, this design can be professionally (and prettily) personalized according to any ‘wedding host city!’
Also, the power of paper is often overlooked in this digital age. A save-the-date and invitation suite sets the tone for an affair. And speaking of history, Fleurish’s collegiate line of save-the-dates– debuting with one of Karsch’s alma maters, Ursinus College– is another unique option for couples, who may have met or started dating in college, to consider when ‘branding’ their paper and party.

Fleurish, ink’s. Etsy Shoppe simplifies the stationery ordering and production process for clients. Clients’ tight schedules and long to-do lists, as well as involved production schedules and turnaround times make convenience and expediency integral to the wedding stationery process. Currently, Fleurish’s Etsy Shoppe features Philadelphia- and holiday-themed save-the-dates and announcements, which can be customized according to specific options outlined within each suites’ listing.
Plus, there are more and more couples planning Philadelphia destination weddings, so we wanted to ensure our ‘LOVE-ly’ Philly-inspired save-the-dates are easily accessible whether you’re planning from the Poconos or Palm Beach. What’s Write-Around the Corner
Later this season, Fleurish will premiere its first letterpress wedding invitation collection, (which is currently available through our studio, located just outside Philadelphia), via our Etsy Shoppe. Couples will be able to order samples, so they can see and feel the paper stock and presentation. But here’s a sneak-peek of what’s to come!
Suites from the wedding invitation collection include three rounds of electronic proofs. Customization options are detailed, but clients can specify wording (within a template), and color and font choices. Once a final design proof is approved and the balance received, the printing process ensues and then Fleurish ships the pretty post via UPS to excited couples within 4-5 weeks.

For nearly a decade, La Petite Fleur has been producing weddings and events, specializing in custom-designed stationery and floral décor. Our professional studio offers clients a collaborative, comprehensive approach to designing their big days, and paper artistry— including bespoke invitations and day-of stationery— is a component of nearly every client décor plan that La Petite Fleur designs and produces.
It became apparent that the professional paper artistry service we offered was just as integral to an event and, consequently, as significant to our business, as floral décor. It was then that I decided to formalize the paper atelier services of La Petite Fleur as Fleurish, ink.
Fleurish’s debut collection of bespoke wedding invitations emerged from the extensive number of invitation suites and event wardrobes that I’ve custom-designed over the past several years. That said, I specifically designed this first collection for the letterpress, engraving and foil-stamp printing processes for these specialty printing techniques make for the most elegant presentations in social correspondence.
Each suite features clean lines, sophisticated typography, as well as art déco and vintage floral motifs (of which, I’m quite partial). And if it isn’t obvious, yes I am, in fact, a paper snob.
