You can absolutely sense true love when you see it, and the beautiful imagery below is chuck full of lovely vibes! Georgette and Seth are brimming with joy as they sanctify their wonderful journey into marriage. There seems to be an eminent sparkle in this couples eyes, and their guests seem to share the same high spirits in celebration of their enchanting day. Hotel Monaco was the perfect backdrop to this vibrant wedding, with its radiant vibes and chromatic presence. Sarah Rachel Photography brilliantly captured the pure exhilaration exhibited in these photos, and we just can’t get enough of this refreshingly beautiful wedding!
How They Met:
“Seth and I met through mutual friends while living in West Philly. His roommate opened up a coffee shop and we both attended the grand opening party. We have been together ever since!”
The Proposal:
“His proposal was perfectly unexpected and understated, just like Seth. It was one of the first nice spring days in April and we were on a hike at Ridley Creek State Park, one of our favorite places to escape the concrete every so often. He waited until we were exhausted (and sweaty!) to surprise me with the ring in the formal gardens near the mansion.”
Wedding Planning Experience:
“Planning a wedding was such an emotional process. It really gave us the opportunity to ask each other hard questions, ask our families hard questions, and ultimately I think it set the tone for our marriage in a deeply important way. Our families are out of state so our first priority was for our guests to experience the Philadelphia we love and consider to be our home. Once we decided on the Monaco as our venue all of the details fell into place!”
Best Memory:
“The dancing at our reception! We had both traditional Greek and Jewish dances and I was amazed and overjoyed when I saw both families dancing and smiling from ear to ear. We had so much fun and knowing that our guests did too made it all the more special.”
From the Photographer | Sarah Rachel: Georgette and Seth had one crazy, fun wedding. All you have to do is look at these portraits and you will be dancing in your seat! They had an amazing vibe throughout their day, and that is probably because they are such a fun-loving couple.
Their story starts in a friend’s coffee shop, but the fun began at Ridley Creek State Park. After a long walk, Seth proposed in the formal gardens above the mansion at the park. The perfect romantic scene!
As you can see this carried straight through to Hotel Monaco, where the atmosphere was just impeccable. I wish Georgette and Seth a life a happiness and love—and with a wedding like this—they are sure to have it!”
