“Steve proposed when we were doing one of my favorite runs in Philadelphia, over the Benjamin Franklin Bridge! The sun was setting behind the Philadelphia skyline behind us, it was perfect!”

“While planning the wedding, we worked closely with Shannon Mullane from Jeffrey Miller Catering/The John James Audubon Center. She was our wedding planner/coordinator extraordinaire! Every little thing we wanted or needed, she made a reality. She stayed so calm and collected throughout the entire process, it made everything a breeze!”

“The theme was ‘A Midsummer Nights Dream’ meets ‘Garden Party’ – I wanted a lot of natural and organic colors and decorations – whites, greens, and pale pinks mixed in with woods and metallic.”

The beautiful ceremony, the private hors d’oeuvres and cocktails for just Steve and I on the porch immediately following the ceremony, the owl at cocktail hour, the pink sunset, the photo booth, the cigar bar, the lawn games, the slider station, being surrounded by our dearest friends and family; the entire night was beyond perfect!”

Our photographers, The Bartlett Pair, are incredibly talented and captured some of the most priceless moments in beautiful photos that we will treasure forever. DJ Lennox was amazing – so personable and fun! The flowers, center pieces and ceremony arch, all done by Beautiful Blooms, were absolutely stunning. We can’t say enough good things about Jeffrey Miller Catering and their delicious food, drinks, and wedding cake! And the cigar bar by CF Dominicana Cigars was a huge hit with our wedding guests!”

Their fairytale John James Audubon Center wedding ceremony took place in the apple orchard and while the forecast called for rain, it decided to hold off and allow them to enjoy their gorgeous July wedding day. They have known each other for ages and just make each other so happy that there is no denying they are a perfect fit. Michelle is sweet and bubbly and a blast to be around and Stephen is hilarious and such a great match for her. Michelle even accidentally stabbed Stephen with a pin while putting his boutonniere on and he just laughed (we all did!). We know that two people as happy as they are are absolutely bound to have a life filled with laughter and love. We enjoyed every moment of their day just like they did – and we’ve got the pictures to prove it!”
