This modern editorial shoot showcases the brilliant talent of the local Lehigh Valley wedding industry! The boho industrial-chic theme conceptually plays with bright colors softened by natural and organic fluorescence. Fox and Finch Vintage Rentals provided the vibrant backdrop to this inspiring day at The Ice House, with furnishings that integrate modern designs and shapes into an idealistic industrial setting. Papertini and Story By Design paired together to incorporate the tones of orange and fuchsia, with blues, greens, and hints of copper accents into the luminous florals and modish decor. The pure essence of this modern boho wedding was captured by Nina Lily Photography who perfectly illustrated the spirited vision in these vivid visuals. Beauty is in abundance, and you’re going to fall in love with every beautiful element of this fantastic celebration of artistic skill and creative inspiration!
The Lehigh Valley has a deep rooted past in the steel industry. The “steel stacks” still provide a formidable backdrop to the Bethlehem skyline. Inspired by the industrial past of their hometown, Fox and Finch Vintage Rentals brought together a killer team of wedding professionals with an urban vibe. The setting is the Charles A. Brown Ice House set alongside the Lehigh River. Nina Lily Photography captured the natural beauty of the area as well as the historical features of the venue. Bright tones of blue, fuschia, and copper pop off the natural backdrops of wood, stone and even brick.
Love Bites By Erika envisioned a bold take on the geometric theme for the wedding cake. Fox and Finch created a welcoming corner with a MCM lounge. The models from Model Management Agency look sophisticated in their brightly hued floor length gowns from Nordstrom. The groom is featured in a bright blue slim-fitting suit.
Who doesn’t love a fun, relaxed cocktail hour featuring a food truck and some local brews? Peculiar Culinary provided easy finger foods for consumption at high top tables. Cocktail hour featured an endless variety of locally crafted mead with catchy names by Colony Meadery.
Papertini Floral highlighted the fire escape with tropical foliage. Story By Design events created shadowbox triangles to hold delicate air plants and paper 3D shapes. Fox and Finch built the copper pipe framework to support Papertini’s dramatic swag atop the sweetheart table.
These features, as well as the contribution of all of the vendors and models who participated in this inspirational shoot, combine to showcase the diverse talent of the Lehigh Valley’s wedding industry. We hope to encourage both local and destination couples to embrace this beautiful area for all of their wedding needs.
The Lehigh Valley comprises the third-largest population center in Pennsylvania and is a hub for populous contribution to the greater Philadelphia and New York City metro areas, making it a convenient wedding hub for destination and local couples alike. The Ice House is the perfect venue alternative for inspired couples to host a curated event in the Lehigh Valley. Inspirational shoot collaborators, Fox & Finch Vintage Rentals and Nina Lily Photography came together to showcase their community of local wedding vendor talent by creating a styled shoot that would feature a nod to the area’s industrial past while retaining elements of the natural beauty the valley is known for. Meg, of Fox & Finch, created the juxtaposition of industrial and natural in this boho-chic inspired shoot, and took the lead in curating the fantastic team that comprised the talent behind the imagery. Inspired by the seasonal transition of summer to fall in the northeast, collaborators were excited to showcase a bright color palette focusing on bold hues with copper accents.
