“This shoot was designed to inspire the free-spirited rustic bride who wishes to incorporate natural, rustic & bohemian elements into her wedding day for a wild and free experience.” – Arielle Fera
This free-spirited wedding inspiration is every rustic bride’s dream come true! This beautiful inspiring shoot was curated by the lovely and talented Arielle Fera Events, who has graced our blog yet again with such stunning wedding inspiration. The natural beauty of the Historic Stonebrook Farm was the perfect setting for this day, and Philly lovebirds Ali and Mike did an amazing job as the muses for this bohemian love affair. I can’t get over the ravishing florals from The Cottage Gardener, plus every bit of detail and decor provided by Modern Relics, all of the vendors involved in this shoot came together perfectly and Steve Belkowitz was behind the camera to capture it all! The images from this session are covered in pretty rustic vibes, that will inspire any bride and groom to be!
“Arielle Fera Events came up with the concept and worked alongside a dream team to bring her vision to life. The inspiration for this shoot was found in nature, unrefined elegance and natural femininity. We incorporated a mix a textures such as crochet lace, suede and feathers to capture the essence of this style. We selected a color palette that would be found in nature during the fall months. Orange, deep yellow, magenta, sky blue and hints Marsala. ”
“The organic landscape and rolling green acres of Historic Stonebrook Farm in Perkasie, Pa, located a short drive from the city, provided the perfect setting for this shoot. The Farm hosts weddings April – October and is perfect for a couple looking for a rustic barn venue. There were a ton of handmade details in this shoot but two of the most noteworthy elements are the ceremony backdrop and feather campfire made by Arielle Fera Events. The handmade ceremony backdrop was constructed using vintage crochet lace and trims, feathers, suede string and handmade jute tassels. The materials were attached to a wood stick. The stick was attached and suspended to a branch of a large oak tree which gave the appearance that the backdrop was floating in the air. A perfect setting for a wild and free couple to say I do. The campfire was constructed using dyed peacock sword and tail feathers in tones of red, blue and orange. The feather fire is a realistic representation of a real campfire and was complemented perfectly with the hand-painted sign that read “Our love is blazing.” The perfect spot for our couple to snuggle up.”
“The brides look was kept extremely natural yet feminine to complement the wild and free vibe of this shoot. Nude makeup and loose flowing locks are beautiful yet simplistic for an unfussy bride. Hair and makeup design was provided by Daneene Jensen & Associates Hair and Makeup Artists. The Alhambra gown from BHLDN is gorgeous and effortless with delicate ivory tulle and filigreed embroidery. The gown’s simplistic silhouette looked amazing next to the crochet lace ceremony backdrop. The brides look was made complete with crocheted barefoot sandals for a free spirited, feminine look. The groom’s attire was laid back and carefree with linen pants and an untucked linen shirt. Arielle’s desire was to have floral arrangements that looked like the flowers were just picked from the field. A Cottage Gardener’s organic design style was the perfect match to bring this vision to life. Kim created a lush, wild, trailing bouquet for the bride and compote style arrangements that spilled over the Campo de’ fiori vessels, naturally mossed terra cotta containers.”
“The rustic boho furniture is part of Modern Relics collection. The old wood farm table was set with mismatched silverware, wood charges, artisanal stoneware plates and agate stones. The rustic chairs were adorned with handmade bohemian Mr. and Mrs. signs, crafted by Arielle Fera Events, using tree sticks, vintage lace and hand-tied hemp tassels. Princess of Persia Couture Cakes handmade the most realistic looking sugar flowers that adorned her simplistic wedding cake and a smaller naked cake. The simplicity is stunning. The stunning and simplistic stationary was designed by Queen Bee Paperie. The shoot was artistically & beautifully photographed by Steve Belkowitz. All of the vendors are from the Philadelphia area and service customers in Philadelphia and the surrounding communities. Love is expressed in many ways, our team hopes this shoot provides inspiration for brides who are looking to express their love in a wild and free-spirited way.”
