“I love that he comes off tough but deep down he’s a teddy bear. He is very caring, a great listener and makes me laugh.”
The Proposal:
“After a nice dinner, we walked down to Race St Pier and were on a bench under the Ben Franklin bridge. He waited until a train came by and distracted me so I turned around to look at it. When I turned back, he was on one knee.”
