This bohemian bridal inspiration was set at Historic Shady Lane, a place where rustic meets elegance. Each bride wore an offbeat style, featuring whimsical dresses by Sheila Frank adorned with beautiful jewelry by Avant Garbage Boutique (Earrings) and MaeJean Vintage (Rings and Bracelets). Tulips and Twine designed a lush winter inspired bouquet featuring pine, magnolia leaves, and white garden roses (so pretty)! The furniture provided by Swoon Vintage Rentals set the mood and fashion of the day and we are totally smitten with every detail. Thanks to Mariya Stecklair Photography for capturing all the prettiness that transpired on this day, scroll down for more loveliness below!
From the Photographer, Mariya Stecklair: “What sparked this bridal inspiration were the delicate and intricate bridal gowns of Sheila Frank. There were such interesting patterns and details in the fabric – very organic and magical. It inspired the story of a mystical winter greenhouse in the forest. From the leaves pattern and the white beading – it just felt like a world of fairies in a unique indoor setting. To incorporate all the details of each dress, the intent was to show three different bridal looks. We wanted to depict the elegance of a modern bride but incorporate a bohemian/forest feeling with the use of the oversized peacock chairs, the matching side dessert tables, the little boho details in the intricate wood earrings, and the forest greenery. To carry out the winter color theme, we incorporated copper, deep/forest greens, burgundy, and neutral tones. We opted for glass as the main element of this bridal shoot – displayed in the greenhouse and the decor such as the glass candle holders. The use of the enchanting poem – to add the romanticism factor. We incorporated a dessert display with many unique sweets ranging from cupcakes, textured copper truffles to a pretty ruffled textured cake. All these little details really helped to exhibit the celestial and warm vibe we were hoping to achieve!”
