We love the diversity and uniqueness of our client base and take pride in customizing each event, so it’s tailored to the individual couple. Because our venue has so many options and is so versatile, it has universal appeal regardless of event size, theme, traditions, etc.”

“Springfield Country Club has it all. Our beautiful venue is complemented by first-class onsite amenities including a hotel with luxury suites, spa, golf course, full-service restaurant and bar, and public golf course. The ballrooms are each elegantly appointed and recently updated so that their neutral color palettes and soft tones are complementary to any color scheme or décor theme. It is perfect as is or can be easily transformed into whatever you envision.”

“Our event experts work with each client to customize signature food and beverage items for each event. Plus our culinary team celebrates the tastes of the seasons and incorporates new features into the menu variety – like butlered cucumber pate in the summer and mini soups in the winter.”

“Our venue can accommodate not just your ceremony and reception, but your entire wedding weekend – rehearsal, overnight accommodations, guest activities like a round of golf or relaxing spa day, after party at Tavola’s bar, and day-after wedding breakfast or brunch.”
Do you have an exclusive vendor list or can couples bring in their own vendors?
“We have a preferred vendor list of talented and experienced vendors that we strongly recommend, but we do allow outside vendors as well.”
How many rooms does the space offer? How many people can be accommodated?
“Springfield Country Club has three beautiful ballrooms all with beautiful crystal chandeliers and sconces. Our Fairway Ballroom is located on the ground level with golf course views and is perfect for more intimate weddings of 75-120 guests. The Golf View Ballroom is located on the main floor and has a lovely covered veranda overlooking the 18th green of the golf course and is recommended for events with a 150-200 person guest count. The Grand Ballroom is also located on the main floor and features dramatic cathedral ceilings and in-house up-lighting capabilities with the ability to easily accommodate 200 to 600 guests.”
