Philadelphia is such an amazing city with so much incredible talent. At Philly in Love, we want to showcase the quality work being done by the vendors and venues that service our great city. If you were part of an extraordinary, touching, or uniquely Philadelphian event, we want your submissions! We feature Real Wedding, Real Engagements, Proposals, Bridal Showers, Styled Shoots, and any wedding related shoots or events.
Real Wedding Submission
Content requirements:
1) The venue and photographer must be based in Philadelphia and surrounding counties.
2) Please provide a list of vendors as applicable, including:
Ceremony venue
Reception venue
Floral/Decor
Stationary
Dress Shop/Dress Designer
Bridal Accessories
Caterer
Cake/Bakery
DJ/Band
3) If you are not the photographer, you will need to provide the written approval/permission from the photographer of the event for the use of the images.
4) We would love to have a good variety of detail photos, such as attire, accessories, stationery, floral and decor, venue shots, cake and food, etc.
Engagement Shoot Submission
Content requirements:
1) The venue and photographer must be based in Philadelphia and surrounding counties.
2) If you are not the photographer, you will need to provide the written approval/permission from the photographer of the event for the use of the images.
Technical requirements:
1) Please provide 50-150 photos, each must be 900 pixels wide.
***Landscape oriented photos, 900 pixels on the long side
***Portrait oriented photos, 900 pixels on the short side
2) Please provide some background details about the wedding/engagement shoot, some personal thoughts or stories, and also a list of vendors you’d like included in the post. Also when submitting a wedding/engagement please include the brides email address (to include a Q&A into the feature)
3) Please submit photos/videos/information in a ZIP file to our submissions account: submissions@phillyinlove.com
4) If your submission is accepted, we’ll notify you when the post is scheduled to be published via email.
Exclusivity requirements: The submission cannot have been featured on another wedding blog beyond the vendors’ own blogs. Magazine and TV exclusivity does not apply.
